The tasks of a CAD Engineer

Designing and detailing sustainable installations

Selecting the right equipment for various projects

Collaborating with global project teams to ensure smooth project execution

Conducting quality checks to ensure each design meets high standards

Qualifications & background of a CAD Engineer

A completed MBO 4+ degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar background

2 to 5 years of international experience in a similar role

Experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, or another 3D modelling package

A passion for sustainability and innovative technologies

A flexible, proactive approach and a solution-oriented mindset

Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

As a CAD Engineer, you will work closely with a project team consisting of a Project Manager, E&I Engineer, and Process & Mechanical Engineers. You will be responsible for translating innovative concepts into detailed 2D and 3D designs, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency. From biogas installations to other environmental technologies, you will play a key role in designing systems that contribute to a more sustainable world.
