The role of a Project Manager

Are you an experienced Product Manager passionate about sustainable technologies? Do you want to lead innovative projects in biogas upgrading and CO2 liquefaction? DMT Environmental Technology is looking for a skilled Product Manager to drive product success and innovation!

As a Product Manager at DMT, you will manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market introduction. You will collaborate closely with various departments such as Technology, Sales, and Business Development to ensure product alignment with market needs, company objectives, and industry standards.

Tasks of a Product Manager

Lead the development and validation of new products aligned with the company’s strategic goals

Coordinate product launches with business development, marketing, and sales

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to shape product strategies

Ensure product compliance with quality and regulatory standards

Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share

Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure product success

Qualifications & background of a Product Manager

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering

At least 5 years of experience in product management, focusing on product development and standardization

Experience with biogas upgrading and CO2 capture technology is highly preferred

Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel occasionally to suppliers and other DMT branches
