The tasks of a Service Support Engineer
Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing their service requests
Analyse issues and collaborate with experts when needed to resolve complex queries
Track the progress of customer requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Maintain proactive communication with customers, including regular visits to ensure service quality and strengthen relationships
Provide valuable insights to the Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to enhance performance and data accuracy
Analyse quarterly service reports to identify process bottlenecks and drive service improvements
Job requirements & background
Educational background at MBO+ or HBO level in a technical discipline, such as technical business management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or process engineering
Several years' experience in a similar role in the gas, oil or industrial sectors
Proven experience in managing customer relationships and driving process improvements
Strong command of Dutch and English; proficiency in German is a plus
Knowledge of MS-Projects, ISAH, Excel and PowerBI is a plus!
